At JETPILOT, we stand by the quality of our gear and want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your next session on the water. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
